General Dynamics SATCOM Technologies has introduced a new online web portal to enable customers for certain products to easily look-up the shipment status of orders.
The new web portal can be accessed by clicking the "Sales Order Shipment Status" link on the Company's webpage. The new feature allows customers to view the actual ship date of deliverable items by entering their SATCOM Technologies' Sales Order Number and their Buyer's Purchase Order number.
Customer Order Shipment Status is currently available for SATCOM Technologies' RF Electronics, Antenna Controls, Small Deployable/Tactical Antennas, VSAT Antennas, and Composite/Transit Case products.
