General Dynamics' SATCOM Technologies is expanding its Ready-to-Go™ product portfolio with a new '3-3' Initiative that includes special incentives for orders received prior to October 31.

Tom Goebelbecker, Vice President, Sales, said, "For a limited time, SATCOM Technologies will offer a '3-3' Initiative that includes a 3-year warranty along with a 3% rebate on purchases of our 4.8, 6.3, 7.3 and 9.0-Meter RTG standard antennas. The 3% rebate can be applied to future orders of our large RTG antenna products."

The widely-used antennas are part of SATCOM Technologies Ready-to-Go™ (RTG) program which offers customers industry-leading, standard products with guaranteed "On-the-Shelf" shipping within 30-days after order acceptance. To qualify for the '3-3' Initiative, orders must be accepted by SATCOM Technologies before October 31, 2016.

The SATCOM Technologies 4.8-Meter Cassegrain antenna is one of the Company's most popular fixed antenna products because it is easy to assemble; economical to use, and type approved by all major satellite operators including Intelsat (F1, E2), Eutelsat (L), Asiasat and Hispasat.

The 4.8-Meter antenna features a simplified, bolt-together reflector assembly (no special tools are required) and a pedestal designed for full orbital arc coverage that is readily adaptable to ground or rooftop installations. The entire unit can be installed and ready for operation in days.

Approximately 1,000 units have been deployed world-wide for both government and commercial applications.

SATCOM Technologies' 6.3 and 7.3-Meter antennas are field-proven standards of excellence for transmission and receive or receive only applications. The Model 6.3-Meter antenna delivers exceptional performance for C through Ka-Band and is type approved with Intelsat, AsiaSat and Hispasat. The Model 7.3-Meter antenna excels in L through DBS communications frequencies.

Both antennas feature easy-to-assemble, bolt-together aluminum reflectors and galvanized steel kingpost pedestals to provide the required stiffness for pointing and tracking accuracy. The pedestals are designed for full orbital arc coverage and are readily adaptable to ground or rooftop installations.

SATCOM Technologies' 9.0-meter antenna delivers exceptional performance for transmit and receive and receive only applications for L through Ka-band frequencies. This antenna offers a reflector design that incorporates precision-formed panels, truss radials and hub assembly using matched tooling for interchangeable components. It features an innovative Cassegrain feed and subreflector design which results in high gain, low noise temperature, high antenna efficiency and excellent rejection of noise and microwave interference. A large center hub provides spacious accommodation for equipment mounting.

The reflector is supported by a galvanized elevation over azimuth kingpost pedestal that provides the required stiffness for pointing and tracking accuracy. The pedestals are designed for full orbital arc coverage and are readily adaptable to ground or rooftop installations.

All of the RTG antennas are compliant with FCC 25.209 regulations, ITU-RS-580 sidelobe specifications and Intelsat (F3) and Eutelsat requirements.
